If you are planning to build or remodel in Costa Allegre you’ve probably heard horror stories about rampant cost overruns, shoddy work and language barriers. I’m happy to say that having Paul Zuniga as architect and contractor was a wonderful experience. My husband and I purchased a big, ugly house in La Manzanilla that needed extensive repair and rebuilding. Paul and his partner, Javier transformed it into a very nice home.

Paul spent many years studying to become an architect /builder and joined with Javier González Montes de Oca who is a skilled builder and contractor. Together they’ve developed a team of accomplished workers who are proud and thorough.

The entire process was a pleasant surprise. We would discuss remodeling needs and ideas and within a few days Paul would provide us with detailed cost estimates. In some complex areas Paul designed creative solutions and presented them to us in 3 dimensions from his CAD program. The resulting work was beyond our expectations. The best part was that the cost estimates were always complete and right on target.

I would highly recommend Paul and Javier as architect and builder for remodels and new construction. Not only do they accomplish excellent work , they are truly compassionate and men of honor.
